Lactate Threshold Test
Determines the effort required to run at important sub-maximal speeds related to your goal event by measuring heart rate and the concentration of lactate in the blood. This test can be conducted with the measurement of gas exchange for an additional fee. When gas exchange is used estimation of running efficiency can be included in the results.
